From US-17, turn west onto CR-16. Go 4 miles. The building is on the left behind the microwave tower on the corner. The driveway is off CR-16.
From Starke, at the intersection of US-301 and SR-16, take SR-16 East. The office is just past Clay County Fairgrounds on the right.
